Hey! Robbie here from the Bikepackist! Typically, my posts include guides, informative articles, or reviews of some of our awesome products. This post is a little different because we are going to give you a little rundown of an adventure we had on The Rebellion Way!

What Is The Rebellion Way?
The first question I’m sure many of you are asking is, what is the Rebellion Way? Well, the Rebellion Way is a 233-mile bikepacking route in Norfolk, UK. It’s designed as a mix of road and gravel, taking in the sights and sounds of the lovely North Norfolk Coast.
Personally, I live on the route and have ridden a lot of it myself, but not all as CyclingUK, who designed the route, intended. If you want to learn more about the Rebellion Way, here’s the link that will take you there.

How Did The Rebellion Way Route Go?
Well, I personally found it fantastic from start to finish and would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s a lot of road compared to off-road. We are talking 90-95% on the road, and the rest is trails or gravel.
We actually started in King’s Lynn instead of the starting point of Norwich. This is much easier access when it comes to trains, and since I live there, it has made my life a lot easier.
As a beginner’s route, it would be fantastic over four days, three or even two for experienced riders, and one hit for a strong ultra cyclist. I made a video on my YouTube channel to tell you and show you more about the Rebellion Way and what happened on the adventure! Please subscribe!
A Final Note
Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and if I’m honest, I will go back with a gravel bike over a mountain bike next time. I highly recommend it, and if you live close or have the time, it’s a lot of fun and makes me very proud to live in.
